Responsibilities:
- Assisting with legal research and analysis to support the development and improvement of Legal Chain’s AI-powered legal solutions.
- Reviewing and analyzing legal documents, contracts, and compliance materials.
- Contributing to the refinement of AI models through feedback and input on legal reasoning and accuracy.
- Supporting the team in understanding and integrating regulatory alignment into our products.
- Assisting with the identification and assessment of potential legal risks within document workflows.
- Collaborating on content creation that communicates complex legal and technical concepts to a broader audience.
- Staying informed about new legal technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
- Providing general legal and administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Juris Doctor (J.D.) program or a recent law school graduate.
- Strong academic record.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated interest in legal technology, artificial intelligence, and automation.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex legal concepts and documents.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).

Requirements:
- Unpaid Position: This is an unpaid internship.
