Engineering

Shuhan Chen Intern

We’re excited to highlight Shuhan Chen, a key member of our team and a passionate expert in data science and analytics. Shuhan is currently pursuing a Master of Financial Engineering at USC, graduating in 2026, which complements their strong background in data science and analysis.

Shuhan excels at transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, with hands-on experience in predictive modeling, machine learning, and business intelligence from internships at firms like Haitong Securities, KPMG, and Grant Thornton, as well as impactful research projects. Shuhan thrives on making data work, whether it’s optimizing energy predictions, detecting credit card fraud, or identifying market opportunities.

Sweta Das Intern

We’re excited to introduce Sweta Das, a talented intern joining us from Virginia Tech. Sweta is currently pursuing a Computer Science degree with minors in Human-Computer Interaction and Mathematics. She’s already gained impressive hands-on experience in full-stack development, working with various programming languages and frameworks during her internships at the FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health and the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab.

Giriraj Patel Intern

We’re excited to introduce Giriraj Patel, joining us from Virginia Tech. Giriraj is currently pursuing a Computer Science degree with concentrations in Economics and Mathematics. He brings a strong foundation in backend development and AI-assisted tools, with hands-on experience building full stack applications and contributing to research at Virginia Tech. Giriraj has worked on projects involving technologies such as Node.js, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Docker, and LangChain. His recent work includes backend development for a smart learning catalog and evaluating LLM-generated code for security vulnerabilities. We’re excited to have Giriraj with us as he deepens his engineering skills and contributes to Legal Chain’s mission.

Aditya Rasal Intern

We’re thrilled to introduce Aditya Rasal, our newest intern who has joined our team! Aditya comes to us from Virginia Tech, a true powerhouse in the computer science field.

Aditya brings a wealth of experience to Legal Chain, including expertise in Software Development, Swift (Programming Language), IT Project & Program Management, Networking, and SQL.

Beyond his impressive technical skills, Aditya has hands-on experience resolving hardware and software issues on both iOS and Android devices. He’s also worked with major internet providers like Verizon and AT&T, and has a strong background in customer service and sales for various technology products, including home protection systems.

Hammad Qureshi Intern

We’re excited to introduce Hammad Qureshi to the Legal Chain team as our newest Engineering Intern. Hammad brings a strong foundation in software engineering, mobile development, and backend technologies, with a proven ability to deliver high-impact features in complex technical environments.

Hammad is currently pursuing his Master’s in Computer Science at Georgia Tech, specializing in Machine Learning. He previously worked as an Android Developer at Tata Consultancy Services, where he played a key role in enhancing the Safeway mobile app—improving post-order modules, boosting testing efficiency, and elevating user experience across several grocery brands.

His contributions helped increase positive app reviews by 7% and order placements by 23%, all while leading roadmap presentations and optimizing CI/CD workflows. Hammad also holds a Meta Android Developer certification and has additional experience in web development, QA, and UI design through internships at the City of Brea.

At Legal Chain, Hammad will be contributing to both frontend and backend engineering initiatives, bringing a thoughtful, user-focused approach to our product development. We’re thrilled to have him on board as we build AI-powered tools that simplify and strengthen legal protection for everyone.

Law

Sahar Tariq Intern

We’re excited to introduce Sahar Tariq to the Legal Chain team as our newest Legal Intern. Sahar brings a strong foundation in legal research, regulatory compliance, and customer-focused problem solving, with a keen interest in blockchain, AI, and cryptocurrency regulation.

Sahar is currently pursuing her J.D. at American University Washington College of Law in Washington, DC. She previously interned with Steptoe’s Blockchain and Cryptocurrency practice group, where she developed her expertise in blockchain, stablecoin, and AI regulatory frameworks. Alongside her legal training, Sahar has a background in customer service and sales, equipping her with excellent communication skills and a practical, solutions-oriented approach.

At Legal Chain, Sahar will support our legal and compliance initiatives, contributing to research, policy development, and the advancement of AI-powered legal solutions. We’re thrilled to have her on board as we continue building tools that simplify and strengthen legal protection for everyone.
