Responsibilities:

• Assisting with legal research and analysis to support the development and improvement of Legal Chain’s AI-powered legal solutions.
• Reviewing and analyzing legal documents, contracts, and compliance materials.
• Contributing to the refinement of AI models through feedback and input on legal reasoning and accuracy.
• Supporting the team in understanding and integrating regulatory alignment into our products.
• Assisting with the identification and assessment of potential legal risks within document workflows.
• Collaborating on content creation that communicates complex legal and technical concepts to a broader audience.
• Staying informed about new legal technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
• Providing general legal and administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Juris Doctor (J.D.) program or a recent law school graduate.
• Strong academic record.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated interest in legal technology, artificial intelligence, and automation.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex legal concepts and documents.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Proactive and eager to learn about the evolving legal tech landscape.

Requirements:

• Unpaid Position: This is an unpaid internship.
• Authorized to work in the United States: Due to the nature of our operations, this position is open exclusively to those located in the United States.
• Remote Position: This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States.
• Part-time Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate academic commitments if applicable.
