Legal Chain does not offer refunds or exchanges. All subscriptions, services, and digital deliverables are final once access or processing begins.
No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
Legal Chain provides digital software, automated legal tools, blockchain-based verification services, and professional review services that are delivered immediately or begin processing upon purchase.
Due to the nature of these offerings, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, reversals, or exchanges are not provided, except where required by applicable law.
Non-Refundable Products & Services
- Subscriptions (monthly or annual)
- One-time purchases or credits
- Usage-based fees
- Attorney or paralegal review services
- Document analysis, comparison, or risk scoring
- Blockchain anchoring and verification
- Beta, promotional, nonprofit, or discounted plans
Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation does not result in refunds or credits for any unused time, seats, or services.
EU & Digital Content Notice
By accessing Legal Chain, you consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that statutory withdrawal rights are waived once performance begins, where permitted by law.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Chargebacks for services already delivered may result in account suspension or termination. Legal Chain may provide delivery and access records to payment processors to contest invalid disputes.
Billing Errors
If a billing error directly attributable to Legal Chain is suspected, contact info@legalcha.in within 7 days of the charge. Any correction or credit is discretionary and does not constitute a refund.
Free Beta & Trials
Free beta and trial access are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without refunds or guarantees.
Governing Terms
This policy is governed by the Terms of Service.
